Terms and conditions of sale for on-site sales

The products for sale are those listed on the websites www.ledressingdesmariees.com and www.outletdesmariees.com
3 – Prices
The prices of the items are displayed in the shop and are indicated in EURO including all taxes.
An item for sale may differ in characteristics between the description on the websites www.ledressingdesmariees.com or outletdesmariees.com and the item presented for fitting in the store. The characteristics of the model offered for fitting in the store take precedence over those on the website.
6 – Delivery
Delivery takes place on site, at the shop at the time of purchase, or after alterations have been made by the team at Dressing des Mariées.
7 – Payment
Payment for purchases can be made either by bank transfer, by credit card (foreign cards not accepted) or in cash.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
By signing this sales contract, you enter into a contractual relationship for the purchase and delivery of a wedding dress or any other item detailed on the reverse side. You and we jointly confirm by this agreement that we are bound by the general terms and conditions of sale.
- DRESS ORDER
a. Each dress is unique, specific to your order and measurements. When you place your order, your measurements are taken, and you agree that these measurements will not change between the date of the measurements and the wedding date. The dress will be designed according to your measurements, or, in the case of a custom-made dress, according to the measurements taken on the date of your order.
b. As soon as you order a dress, we arrange an appointment for the first fitting (date of the first tailoring appointment).
c. If your measurements taken when you placed your order change significantly and this requires major alterations, you are responsible for the costs associated with the alterations.
d. The dress will be adjusted during your first fitting. Our seamstress will provide you with an estimated cost, which will be confirmed before your second fitting and "check" of your dress and accessories.
e. If you wish, your dress will be altered at the Dressing des Mariées atelier. Your first fitting will be a pinning session to adjust the dress to your figure. The second fitting will be a check of the alterations, and the third appointment will be for the delivery of your dress and accessories. It is essential that you bring your lingerie and shoes to each appointment. Any absence from these appointments will be charged at least 48 hours in advance.
f. Transformations will be charged extra.
g. Custom-made models will be subject to a prior quote.
h. Size alterations will be charged extra.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION
a. We regret to inform you that no refunds or exchanges for dresses can be made after a maximum of ten days from the date of purchase. For dresses sold at a discount, the cancellation period is 24 hours. Should you wish to cancel your dress order, we reserve the right to retain your entire deposit. Any disputes relating to the order must be submitted immediately in writing with proof of receipt within a maximum of ten days from the date of purchase to Le Dressing des Mariées SARL - 7 Rue Aristide Briand 74100 Annemasse, France. Any subsequent claims or cancellations will be inadmissible.
b. Order postponement is not possible. If, in exceptional circumstances, an order is postponed, this will be for a maximum period of twelve months from the original order date. Any order not completed twelve months after the original purchase date will be treated as a cancellation, and clause 2.a will apply.
c. When ordering accessories, the full amount will be required at the time of order. Accessories (shoes, lingerie, jewelry) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
a. You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for your purchases on the date of the order, subject to paragraph 2.a above, of sales percent of the total price stated on the order form.
b. The remaining unpaid amount for your dress and accessories will be due by the date of the first tailoring fitting at the latest and payable in cash or by bank transfer.
c. We remind you that alterations are not included in the price of the dress and that you must make them by the delivery date at the latest.
d. All dresses and accessories remain our property until full payment for all items.
4 RESPONSIBILITY
a. Our liability to you under this contract is limited to your losses resulting from our breach of contract.
b. We cannot be held liable to you for a breach of contract caused by circumstances beyond our control or in the event of force majeure.
c. All disputes and litigation arising from the contract shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent commercial court.
